Gary Swanson
Gary
Swanson is a graduate of the University
of Minnesota with a
B.S. in Apparel Design and is the director of Irondale's extensive color
guard program. His credits include color guard instruction at many levels,
adjudication, consulting, and special event choreography. Gary marched with
Minnesota Brass, Inc Drum and Bugle Corps, Minnesota Brass Winter Guard, Crosstown Hwy Winter Guard and the University of
Minnesota Marching Band.

Jen Piche
Jen
is a 1993 graduate of Irondale
High School. She has worked with the group on and off
since 1993 and has been a full time staff member since 2001. She has marched with the Colts Drum and
Bugle Corps, Royal Guard Floor Ensemble, and Minnesota Brass, Inc. In
addition, Jen has taught several local and out of state guards over the years. Jen has a B.A. in English and a teaching
license. Jen is currently working at Normandale Community College.

Alison Mullaney
Alison
is a 1998 graduate of Irondale and has worked with the program since that
time, becoming a full time staff member in 2000. She marched with the Blue Knights Drum and
Bugle Corps out of Denver as well as Minnesota Brass, Inc Senior Drum and
Bugle Corps and the Royal Guard Floor Ensemble. In addition to her instruction at Irondale,
Alison has worked with Wadena-Deer Creek HS and Regement
Winter Guard of Elk River.

Kim Presley
Kim Spaeth-Presley is currently teaching band at Grenada High School
in Grenada,
MS. She is a 1992 graduate of Irondale
High School and has worked with the program since that time. She has been a
instructor, designer and consultant since 1995. Kim marched with the Phantom Regiment Drum
and Bugle Corps from Rockford, IL.
Although Kim lives in Mississippi, she is a vital component to the
success of the Irondale program. We
all miss having her here on a daily basis but love it when she is able to be
around.

Andy Combites
"AC"
has been working with Irondale since the fall of 1998. He played trombone in
the Iowa State University "Varsity" Marching Band and spent three
seasons in their winter drumline on cymbals and bass drum. He played baritone
with the Knights Drum & Bugle Corps from Geneseo,
IL and euphonium with the Cavaliers Drum & Bugle Corps from Rosemont, IL.
Andy graduated from ISU in 1996 with degrees in Fine Arts and
Advertising. In his "real"
job, Andy is a graphic/web designer in the Twin Cities.

Shubhang Dave’
Shubhang Dave’ graduated from Irondale in 2002. He marched mellophone for four years, and was captain in 2000 and
2001. He also performed in the horn guard, which eased his transition to the
color guard in the 2002 winter season. Shubhang
enjoyed making the switch and hopes his color guard career will not be
short-lived. Shubhang currently attends
Northwestern University in Evanston, IL, where he studies public health and
communication.

Julianne Stennes
Julianne is a 2002 graduate of Irondale and marched 3 years
with the guard. She is a member of the
Blue Stars Drum and Bugle Corps from LaCrosse, WI
and is captain of that guard. Julianne
has teched for the Irondale program since
2002. She also works with the Irondale
Winter Drumline as one of the movement instructors. Julianne is currently a student at the
University of Minnesota-Minneapolis.

Jessica Kracl
Jessica
Kracl is a 2002 graduate of Irondale High School where
she performed with the colorguard for four years in both the fall and the
winter and acted as one of two captains during her last year with the
guard. Jessica has worked with the
guard since graduating in 2002.
Currently Jessica is attending Gustavus Adolphus College in St. Peter, MN as an intended
Biology/Neuroscience double major and music minor.
